 Egg Malai Curry 



Egg malai curry is a delicious food specially in India. we indian always try to make something different and Egg Malai Curry is one of them. This Curry is so delicious and also it has so many healthy suppliments. 

so lets go and check out it's ingredients:- 

1. 3 full boiled egg

2.Salt

3.Cumin Powder 

4.Coriander leaves

5.Some Chilis

6.Garlic Paste

7.Onion Paste

8.Three Cup milk

9.Turmeric Powder

Let's Start Cooking:-

First You have to make a paste of three onion and four lentils in a mixer. And also make a garlic paste. And also collect small pieces of coriander leaves and keep them aside. Now heat up a little amount of oil and fry the chili and the garlic paste for five minute in a pan. when the whole gravy become light brown add three cup of milk in it and mix it well. Leave it for 1-2 minute then add fry masala powder and salt as per taste. Now leave it for 5 minute also keep stir the whole mixture. After 5 minute cut those three boiled egg and dumb them in the gravy and cover the pan and leave  it for 5 minutes. After 5 minute when the oil separates add coriander leaves and once again cover the pan and cook it for 3-4 minute. Now turn off  the oven and  collect the curry in a pot. Now the curry is ready. Surve it with hot roti or rice.
