  Homemade chicken nachos 

This recipe is my family's favourite. It's sweet and delicious and easy to make.chicken nachos is everything you know and love about nachos made with juicy shredden mexican chicken with mandatory melted cheese quick guac and dollop of sour cheam, this nachos recipe is weekend worthy yet easy enough for dinner midweek 

 


INGREDIENTS :-

1) 200g plain corn tortilla chips

2) 2 cooked chicken breasts shredded into small pieces 

3) 6 sping onion , thinly  sliced 

4) 140g red Leicester cheese , grated 

5) 1 small jar red or green sliced pickled         jalapeno peppers. 

6) small bunch coriander , leaves roughly chopped . 

7) your choice of salsa , hot pepper sauce , , ,creme fraiche, guacamole or extra jalapenos to serve .


METHOD 

Step 1 :-    Heat oven to 200/180c layer up the tortilla chips in an oven dish or baking  tray with the chopped chicken , spring onion , cheese and pickled jalapenos. Then watch it for about 10 minutes  or until the cheese is melted . 

Step 2 :-   To serve , sprinkle with the coriander and eat with you favourite accompaniment
