Bell pepper egg rings

 It's very good to eat. Very beneficial for the body.

Everyone should eat it during breakfast in the morning. 


Ingredients :- 

1) 2 eggs

2) 1 yellow bell pepper 

3) salt to taste 

4) paper to test 



Preparation :- 

1) slice a yellow bell pepper on its side to create rings 

2) place the two rings in a pan and let simmer for a few seconds 

3) crack one egg inside each of the rings . 

4) cover the pan and cook for 4-5  minutes 

5) solve the bill paper egg links with toast and fruit top with salt and pepper to taste .

6) enjoy !!!!!
