Chicken jumble

 


Sauteed chicken breasts braised  in tomatoes and veggies all in one step .serve over white or brown rice 


Ingredients :- 

1) for skinless boneless chicken breasts 

2) 1 package frozen mixed vegetables thawed 

3) two cans Italian style diced tomatoes drained 

Method :- 

Melt butter or Margarine in a large skillet over medium high heat add chicken and saute for about 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned add mixed vegetables and tomatoes reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
