Homemade chicken soup recipe : Health, skin and cooking tips with Riktika

 

In this daily basis of work we are unable to take care of our health. We have no control over our food routine so we face so many health problems like over weight, too much fat etc. So today I am here to help you out of all this problem with a delicious recipe.

 So let's check out what is it ?
 That is chiken soup


Now let's see how it's made:-

Ingredients:-

 1. 3 chicken leg piece
 2.Carrots halved
 3.4 celery stalks halved 
 4.1 large onion halved 
 5.Water to cover
 6.Salt and pepper to taste
 7.1 teaspoon chicken bouillon                  granules


Step 1. Put the chicken, carrot, celery and onion in a large soup pot and cover with cold water. Heat and uncovered until the chicken melt and falls off from the bones. 


Step 2.Take everything out of the pot train the broth, pick the meat of from the bones and chop the carrot celery and onion. Now season the broth with salt pepper and chicken bouillon to taste if desired return the chicken carrot celery and onion to the pot stare and serve.
