Ready in under 20 minute this burger with spiced Chipotle chicken breast in toasted brioche with guacamole.makes for a satisfying weeknight treat for one .

Meat

1: Chicken breast


Produce

1/2: Avocado

2: Cherry tomatoes

1/2: Garlic clove, small

1: Lime

3: Pickled jalapeno, slices


Condiments

1 tsp: Chipotle paste


Bread & baked goods

1: Brioche bun


Dairy

1 slices: Cheese




Method :- 

1) put the chicken breast between two pieces for Cling film and bash with a rolling pin or pen to about one semi thick. Mix the Chipotle paste with half the slim juice and spread over the chicken.

2) A griddle pan over a high heat. Once hot cook and chicken for 3 minutes each side until cooked through adding the cheese for the finals two minutes of cooking. Add the ban cut site down to the griddle pan to toast lightly season the chicken.

3)  main while mass the avogado with the remaining lime juice in the the cherry tomatoes jalapenos and garlic and season with a little salt. Spread over the base of the bun  then at the chicken followed by the top of the barn followed by the the top of the bun
