Spicy chicken and avocado wraps

Pan fry lean chicken breast with lime chilli and garlic then pile onto seeded tortilla wraps. Cool before assembling if packing for lunch




Spicy chicken & avocado wraps

Meat

1: Chicken breast (approx 180g)


Produce

1: Avocado

1/2 tsp: Chilli, mild powder

3 sprigs: Coriander

1: Garlic clove

1 generous squeeze: Juice 0.5 lime


Baking & spices

1: Red pepper from a jar, roasted


Oils & vinegars

1 tsp: Olive oil


Other

2: Seeded wraps



Method :- 

1) mix the chicken with the lime juice chili powder and garlic 

2) heat the oil in a nonstick then try the chicken for a couple of minutes it will cook very quickly so keep an eye on it. Men who I'll warm the wraps following the pack instruction or if you have a gas hob heat them over the flame to slightly char them do not let them dry out or they are difficult to roll.

3) squash half and avogado onto each wrap add the papers to the pan to warm them though then 
Pile onto the wraps with the chicken and sprinkle over the coriander. Roll up cut in half and it with your fingers .
